Introduction to Mindfulness Course

This 4-week course is for all experience levels (beginner through advanced). This foundational course is designed to nurture curiosity around mindfulness and nourish participants’ capacity for well-being. Each week, you can expect to build a conceptual understanding of mindfulness, practice cultivating presence, and enhance self-care (well-being) practices. Topics typically include intention setting, concepts and benefits of mindfulness, working with anchors, and self-care strategies. Each class is 60 minutes and is offered in-person & online.
