Join us for our Sunday Community Sit, a welcoming space to explore mindfulness, connect with others, and deepen your practice. Each week, we’ll highlight a different speaker sharing insights on mindfulness and meditation. This week our gathering will begin with a short arrival practice, followed by a talk and discussion, and conclude with a guided meditation.
